"We're acting like we're here...We're not really here..."
Very often we become more deeply involved emotionally with the reality we create in our minds. Especially our fears. We take the things we fear, and tell ourselves that those things are more important than the things we experience on a day to day basis. Our fears can even become more important than the love we feel for another. We "fall in love with our fears", and give them more of our hearts and our souls than we give to the person whom we are connected to. And each fear causes more and more of a disconnect, until not only do we lose touch with ourselves and reality, but we ultimately lose touch with that person we love. The fear becomes love's substitute, and we fool ourselves into becoming okay with that. Sometimes in order to be strong, we have to accept weakness, and embrace it even, and be unafraid to travel through the unknown (love/pain), though we may be fearful. Only then may we find what we were always looking for. Us.

We need to overcome this. This is exactly what happened to us. Funny you said that a year ago when everything was better then. The law of attraction definitely came into play here. :(
